WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept debit and credit card payment via paypal. If you don't have a paypal account, don't worry. Once you have placed your order, just follow the simple steps and you are ready to go.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All orders are sent via Hong Kong Post Office with registered airmail service. You wil be given a tracking number when the parcel is sent out. There is a flat rate shipping US$9.99 for orders under US$20. For orders over $20, there will be a discounted shipping rate at US$4.99.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items can only be returned when they are unused and in a resaleable condition. To return an item, you will need to email us within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and reason of return, once accepted you will be given a return address. Return shipping is at your expenses. Please note that shipping fee cannot be refunded. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.
